Breath

The Breath of Life

Breathe deeply today,
allowing the oxygen of His spirit
to travel to those inner chambers 
deprived of life.

Exhale the stale air of
fear, depression, and anxiety.
Inhale the fresh air of 
courage, hope, and trust.

The deepest fear we have, 'the fear beneath all fears,' is the fear of not measuring up, the fear of judgment. It's this fear that creates the stress and depression of everyday life. See the link below for more info.
